Moisture Absorption Capacity

1. Under Standard Conditions (25°C, 50% RH)

Absorption Rate: It can absorb 20%-30% of its own weight in water (e.g., 1g silica gel absorbs 0.2-0.3g moisture).
Saturation Time: It can reach 90% absorption within 48 hours in a sealed environment.

2. Performance at Different Humidity Levels

20% RH: It absorbs 8%-10% of its weight (e.g., 10g silica gel absorbs 0.8-1g water).
80% RH: It absorbs 30%-35% (e.g., 10g silica gel absorbs 3-3.5g water).

Note

This silica gel pouch works best above 40% RH. It can be regenerated by heating (120°C for 1-2 hours) for reuse.
