Anti Corrosion Bags
Anti corrosion bags is a VCI resin mixed polyethylene resin (LDPE) with a variety of post-processing by a dedicated extrusion equipment from the new anti corrosion packaging material. It has good rust resistance and barrier gasification moisture resistant and can be used from precision parts to the large volume of packaging machinery and equipment, especially for long-term storage and shipping rust protection.

Application

2. Must be no rust and water residue before packing. Clean and dry the surfaces of the articles for antirust before packing. The articles do not contact with any wood or acid containing material;
3. Must be enclosed package, prevent moisture from corrosion for articles , improve antirust effect;
4. Customer can choose any color of the antirust bag as they require. No impact on the antirust effect
5. To achieve the best antirust effect, test VCI products is apply to the packing articles or not before using.
6. It volatile small amount of antirust substances, protect your metal products. The space between film and metal, depends on the time that packing volume and antirust protection layer takes. Generally 10-30cm.
