Moisture Absorption Capacity and Recommended Dosage
Our car silica gel desiccant is made of highly active silica gel particles. Its moisture absorption rate can reach 30% -40% (in an environment of 25 ℃ and relative humidity of 80%). Each 100g of silica gel can absorb approximately 30g-40g of moisture. The recommended dosage is:
- Small Sedan: Each car requires 100-150g (such as 2 packs of 50g or 1 pack of 100g). Focus on covering the cockpit and trunk.
- SUV/MPV: Each vehicle requires 150-200g (such as 3 packs of 50g or 2 packs of 100g). Disperse it and place it under the seat, storage compartment, and other areas.
- Long Term Parking or Humid Areas: Increase usage by 50% and check for regeneration once a month.
